The following is a list of services provided by agencies other than the Town of Severance.
The Town does not endorse any specific service or company. The following resources are provided for informational purposes only and may not be a complete list.
Other Water Agencies
NWCWD - North Weld County Water District for the subdivisions of Belmont Farms, Bridal Hill/Saddler Ridge, Casa Loma, Golden Eagle Acres, Hidden Valley Farm, and Soaring Eagle Ranch.
Other Wastewater Agencies
Septic - the subdivisions of Belmont Farms, Casa Loma, Golden Eagle Acres, Settler’s Landing, and Soaring Eagle Ranch are on septic systems.
Saddler Ridge Metro District Sewer - the subdivision of Bridle Hill/Saddler Ridge are a part of the Saddler Ridge Metro District
