The Town of Severance is only accepting online applications.

HOMEOWNERS/CONTRACTORS: to register, fill out, and file an online application please click HERE.  You are required to complete, sign, date and UPLOAD a copy of the paper application to your online application. A copy can be found HERE.

Please note that all permits expire after 180 days of inactivity or abandonment. A transaction fee will be applied to all permits paid via credit/debit card.
