CR 21 Reconstruction Complete

The reconstruction of WCR 21 is now complete and the road is fully open in each direction!

Full-depth reconstruction of this road was needed to provide not only a smoother driving surface but also a stabilized road base and subgrade to extend the life of the road another 15 years. The new driving surface will provide better contrast aesthetics with new pavement markings (striping) along with a smoother driving surface for your travels! In addition, the new driving surface provides a more water-tight seal to mitigate water intrusion into the base and subgrade of the roadway, avoiding more costly repairs in the future.
