To carry out the provisions of this Code, the Town is divided into the following zoning districts, which are further defined in Section 6 of this Chapter:
Official Zoning Map
The boundaries and classifications of districts established areas depicted on a map entitled Town of Severance Official Zoning Map as may from time to time be revised, updated, or redrafted. The Zoning Map adopted and to be used for reference shall be that map bearing the most recent date of publication, which has been signed by the Chair of the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Mayor.
Construction Standards
The Town of Severance follows Greeley Criteria for Construction Standards. All construction, development, repair, or adjustments affecting Town infrastructure within the Town of Severance must adhere to current standards.
