Planning Commission

Overview

The Planning Commission consists of a Chairperson, Vice-Chair, and five members who are all appointed by the Town Council to serve a four-year term. The duty of the Planning Commission is to perform quasi-judicial review of land use applications when required under the Severance Municipal Code and may serve in an advisory capacity to the Town Council under applicable town planning items brought to the board by town staff.
