      The property is south of WCR 78 and east of Lathim Parkway (aka WCR 13, LCR 1, Colorado Boulevard). The development proposes 510 single-family lots and 140 duplex residential lots on 102 acres with approximately 121 acres of open space.       The property is located north of Highway 392, east of CR 21, west of CR 23, and south of CR 70.     • Saddler Ridge - Tracts 9 and 10 - Final Plat
      The Saddler Planned Unit Development is located north of Colorado Highway 14, between Weld County Roads 17 and 19, approximately 4 miles north and 2.5 miles west of the core of the Town of Severance.   • Minor Subdivision
    • Berrado Holdings - Minor Subdivision
      The Berrado Holdings Minor Subdivision is located south of the existing BHS Solar Facility, north of Weld County Road 86, and west of Weld County Road 23. The 322.578-acre proposal includes creating two lots, one 20 acre lot and one 300 acre lot. The 20 acre lot is being created for the existing electrical substation for Platte River Power Authority (PRPA).
