Download the Request for Records Search form and email the filled-out form to Reports and Records Or drop it off at Town Hall during business hours. Once the request is received, the records department will reach out regarding costs/fees. Credit card payment can be taken over the phone or in person at Town Hall, please note, that credit card payments will be charged a 3% processing fee. Mailed-in checks are accepted as well.
Photo ID will be required in order to release any police records
