2021/2022 CIP Projects

Community Park Phase 2 & Phase 3

Phase 2 of the Severance Community Park includes the addition of baseball fields, concessions, additional walkways, and other potential improvements. Phase 3 of the Severnace Community Park is the installation of play equipment and improvements to the Great Lawn. These phases began construction in 2021 and will continue through mid- 2022. TAP/MMOF 

The TAP/MMOF project was recently awarded to the Town to connect WCR 23 and The Overlook Subdivision to the Great Western Trail. This project is anticipated to be completed in 2022. For more information please contact Community Development Staff.

Summit View Spillway Improvements

The Summit View Spillway Improvements project aims to realign the outfall of the Summit View Detention pond further west to fall in line with the drainage channel. This project is anticipated to be completed spring of 2022. For more information please contact Community Development Staff.
