Contractor Licensing Now Required

Effective June 1, 2022- Contractor Licensing will now be required. No over-the-counter (aka One-Stops) will be issued without a contractor license and permits will not be sent to plan review without contractor license (general and trades). Homeowners will not be required to have a contractor license unless they perform work at more than one residence within any given year.
