The Town of Severance pays 100% of the employees’ health, dental, and vision insurance. We cover 50% of Family insurance benefits. Employee assistance programs, E.A.P., and short-term and long-term disability are 100% paid for by the employer. Severance Police Department participates in FPPA for retirement contributions with employer contributions for POST-certified officers.
